Ohmio UK, together with the consortium including Smart City MK CIC and Excelerate Technology, have recently been awarded funding from the European Space Agency-ESA and the UK Space Agency to run a 21-month project in Milton Keynes. the project will address the challenges of deploying the Ohmio LIFT self-driving shuttle services in hard-to-connect areas, using space technology to deliver high-speed, low-latency, highly-reliable and highly-secure 5G connections.
